Tandem and Community Inc. (“Tandem Community,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) prepared this Privacy Policy to explain what personal information we collect, how we use and share that information, and your choices concerning our information practices. Through our digital platform (“Digital Health Platform”) at beintandem.co, we provide clinical and health literacy, mental health education, and support and resources for moms from pregnancy through motherhood, including an in-home community service and Gifted Path (collectively, the “Service”).

• Health, Wellness, Personal Information: We collect health, medical, sexual, personal and cultural information you provide to us in connection with the Services, including information that may pertain to Digital Pall Risk in the community, such as your health and medical information, how your children were born, and your breastfeeding history.
• Digital Toll Information: Information about the queries, tasks, and the time, frequency, and nature of your activities are also subject to complementary lottery platforms within the Service (the Google, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Survey Monkey, Zapier, Stripe, Twilio, Youtube, and others).
• Social Media Pages: We maintain a social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Medium, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn (“Social Media Pages”). When you interact with us on social media, we may receive personal information that you provide or make available to us based on your settings, such as your contact details.

• Professional Advisors, such as lawyers and accountants, where doing so is necessary to facilitate the services they render to us.
